Sloths
Its Amazing Adaptations:Sloths are mammals who are the slowest mammal on earth. They
live up to 10-20 years in the wild. Sloths walk upside down on tree branches. Sloths are hunted by jaguars, harpy eagles and people. That’s why sloths have adapted to be slow so no predators can see them when climbing up tress, having green algae grow on their backs so they can blend/camouflage into trees. They have long arms to help them swim away from predators and long claws to help them grip onto trees. |
